Using CafeX meetings

When you join a meeting CafeX tries to access your camera and microphone settings:

Typically, if you do not see this message it is because access to your camera or microphone are denied.

Apple iOS provides the following ways to manage these settings:

Camera settings on iOS 12

Check the following settings:

Update your Safari Settings
1.From Settings > Safari
2.Enable Camera & Microphone Access.

Camera settings on iOS 13

Check the following settings:

Update your Safari Settings
View the website settings
1.Browse to the CafeX site.
2.In the Safari address bar, click the AA button.
3.Click Website Settings.
4.Set the Camera and Microphone settings for app.cafex.com: Ask or, Allow
1.From  Settings > Safari
2.Set the Camera and Microphone access to: Ask or, Allow

Important: After checking these settings, if you still cannot join the meeting, you can dial into the meeting using your phone.
