Use direct chat to send messages to individuals or a group of participants.

When you start a direct chat, all participants can send messages to the other participants.

To start a direct chat:

  1. From your menu, click Chat:
  2. Click Start chat.
  3. Click Direct chat.
  4. Provide the email addresses of the participants to include in your chat.
  5. Click Start chat.

You cannot add or remove members from a direct chat.

Starting a meeting from a direct chat

To start a meeting from a direct chat:

  1. Open the chat.
  2. Click the meeting button ().
  3. Your meeting starts.

As chat participant, to you the meeting click Join meeting.
