Joining a meeting

Join a meeting in one of the following ways:

• From a CafeX workspace
• From your calendar event
• Using a phone

If you are using an Apple mobile, see: Joining a meeting using the Safari mobile browser.

Joining a meeting from a CafeX workspace

To  join a meeting from a CafeX workspace:

1. Click Meet
2. If your browser prompts you to allow sharing your camera and microphone, click on Allow.

3. At the preview, adjust your audio and video settings as appropriate, then click Join the meeting.
   
   

Joining a meeting from your calendar event

To join a meeting from your calendar event:

1. From your calendar client, use the Join meeting link:
   
   
2. If your browser prompts you to log in, provide your credentials

3. If your browser prompts you to allow sharing your camera and microphone, click on Allow.

4. At the preview, adjust your audio and video settings as appropriate, then click Join the meeting.
   
   

Joining a meeting using a phone

You can join a meeting using your phone in the following ways:

• You can dial in to join a meeting
  1. Dial in using the appropriate access number provided with the meeting details.
  2. At the prompt, enter the Dial-in access code using your keypad.
• CafeX can call your phone to join the meeting
  1. Open you meeting settings
  2. Provide a number and click Call me—see: Joining a meeting using Call me

Leaving a Meeting

To leave a meeting click Leave the call.

While the workspace is active, the meeting is always available to use. Workspace members are able to join the meeting with the same details, this starts a new session.
