TABLE OF CONTENTS

The Analytics page allows you to get detailed insights into user behavior, traffic sources, and key performance metrics. To access the Analytics page, click the Analytics icon () in the side menu.

Layout

The Analytics tab is organized into three main areas:

  • Settings Panel: At the top of the page, the Settings panel provides filtering and customization options for all reports, including dashboard settings. Here, you can set the date range, enable period comparisons, add and choose a segment, and – when the Dashboard tab is active – manage dashboard preferences.
  • Reports Menu: Located on the left, the Reports Menu provides quick access to various report types and categories. Hover over a report tab to reveal a question mark icon, which you can click to learn how each reporting page can help you. For details on the report types, see the Reports section below.
  • Results Display Area: This area displays detailed report data and visualizations based on the selected report and filter settings.

Reports

This section provides a quick overview of the available reports and their types.

Dashboard

The Dashboard tab offers an overview of your key metrics in a single view, where you can add widgets to monitor specific KPIs.

You can customize the layout of your Dashboard by adding widgets and arranging their layout to match your priorities. Access the Manage dashboard menu for options to Add a widget, Reset dashboard to its default state, Change dashboard layout, Rename dashboard, and Remove dashboard. Here, you can also Create new dashboard.

When hovering over the top of a widget, you have additional quick actions to manage its display:

Refresh: Update the widget data to reflect the latest information.

Minimize: Collapse the widget to save space on the dashboard.

Maximize: Expand the widget to view it in more detail.

Close: Delete the widget from the dashboard if it is no longer needed.

You’ll also see a four-way pointing arrow upon hover, allowing you to drag the widget to a new position within the dashboard
