Before signing in, you need to have an account. If you don’t have one yet, please see: Signing up to CafeX.

Logging In to CafeX

This section covers the steps to access your CafeX account.

To log in to CafeX:

1. Go to the CafeX home page: https://www.cafex.com.
2. Click the Login button at the top-right corner of the page. The sign-in form opens.
3. On the login screen, do one of the following:
   - Click an external provider link (for example, Sign in with Google) and complete your login.
   - Enter your Username, click Next and then enter your password.
   
   
   Note: Sign in with Microsoft supports the following account types:
   • Azure AD work accounts
   • Azure AD personal accounts
   • Azure AD Connect
   • Windows Live
4. After a successful login, CafeX displays your home screen.

Note: If you attempt to sign in with incorrect credentials too many times, CafeX locks your account for an hour and sends you an email that you can use to unlock your account.

Resetting Your Password

This section explains how to reset your password if you've forgotten it or need to change it.

• If you are using a single-sign-on with providers like Google or Microsoft, you'll need to follow their password reset process.
• If you are logging in with your username and password, click the Forgotten password? link and then enter your email address. A password reset link will be sent tot hat address.
