As a tenant’s administrator, if you install Zendesk you configure the following properties to allow CafeX to access your organization’s Zendesk account:


PropertyDescription
Your zendesk subdomainThe subdomain to identify your Zendesk account.
For example, provide: subdomain if your full domain is: subdomain.zendesk.com
API tokenGenerate a Zendesk API token for CafeX to access your Zendesk account.

API user emailThe email address CafeX  uses to perform API calls.
