As an administrator you can review the workspaces your members create.
You can perform the following actions on workspaces that members of your organization own:
- Purge workspaces that your members create.
- Manage the members of workspaces.
- Customize default settings for workspaces that your members create.
Purging a track that your members create
Important: When you purge a track, CafeX erases the track data. A purge is permanent and cannot be undone. Its members can no longer access the workspace.
As a tenant’s administrator, to purge a track:
- From the menu, click Tenant settings.
- Click Management > Workspace.
- Find the workspace to delete and select it.
- Important: Workspaces with the Type USER are personal tracks of your members. If you purge a personal track, the member cannot view it.
- Click Purge.
- To delete the track, click Confirm.
As a tenant’s administrator, to delete or archive another member’s workspace:
- Add yourself as a member of the track
- Delete the track
Restoring a workspace that your members delete
If a workspace owner or a coordinator deletes a workspace, as a tenant’s administrator you can restore it.
To restore a track:
- From the menu, click Tenant settings.
- Click Management > Workspace.
- Find the track to restore and select it.
- Click Restore.
When you restore the workspace, members can continue to access it.
Important: When a tenant’s administrator deletes a workspace from the Tenant settings, CafeX erases the track data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Its members can no longer access the workspace.
Managing the members of a workspace
As a tenant’s admin you can review and modify any workspace's members.
To update the members of a workspace,
- From the menu, click Tenant settings.
- Click Management > Workspace.
- Find the workspace to update and select it.
- Click Members.
