As a tenant’s administrator, if you install Slack you configure the following properties to allow CafeX to access your organization’s Slack account:
| Property | Description |
| Access token | Provide a legacy Slack API token for your workspace. See: Slack Legacy tokens If you cannot create a legacy token, you cannot associate your organization’s Slack account with CafeX as a tenant. Members have to associate their individual accounts. |
If you do no provide an access token and allow member accounts, members of your organization can add their own Slack accounts using the Add menu.
