As a tenant’s administrator, if you install Zendesk you configure the following properties to allow CafeX to access your organization’s Zendesk account:
| Property | Description |
| Your zendesk subdomain | The subdomain to identify your Zendesk account. For example, provide: subdomain if your full domain is: subdomain.zendesk.com |
| API token | Generate a Zendesk API token for CafeX to access your Zendesk account. See: Zendesk Support—Generating a new API token |
| API user email | The email address CafeX uses to perform API calls. |
