How to access Reporting

  1. Upon successful login, click the three-dot icon from the top-right corner of the screen. Doing so reveals a list of options.

  2. From these options, select Reporting.

  1. This opens the Reporting section.

  2. Here, the reporting stats are displayed via three sections that include Tenant Details, Usage, and Content.

  3. Tenant Details section includes a number of stats that include Created, License Type, Licenses, Users, First Online, and Last Online.

  1. Usage section includes the usage statistics that include Workspaces, Members, External Collaborators, Chats, Chat Users, Chat Messages, and Meetings.

  1. To view meetings data in detail, click the View meetings data button.

  1. This opens a details view of the meetings with each day meetings mapped via a bar chart.

  1. Moreover, the Content section includes a pie chart depicting the content types color coded for easier identification.
