Viewing your Challo usage

As a tenant’s administrator, you can view Challo reports that include usage statistics about your tenancy.

To view your reports, from your menu, click Reporting.

Your tenancy report includes the following:

Tenant Details
CreatedThe date your tenancy started.
License typeYour current license type.
LicensesThe number of licenses in your tenancy.
UsersThe number of active members of your organization.
TracksThe total number of active tracks that belong to your organization.
MembersThe sum of track members across all tracks that members of your organization own.
If an individual is a member of multiple tracks, they are counted multiple times.
External collaboratorsThe sum of track members from external organizations on all tracks that members of your organization own.
If an individual is a member of multiple tracks, they are counted multiple times.
ChatsThe total number of chat sessions that members of your tenant start. In this context a chat sessions are: direct chats, or group chats. It does not include chat sessions that members of other tenants start.
Chat usersThe sum of the members of your organization that send 1 or more message in a chat session. In this context chat sessions are: direct chats, track chat channels, chat channels, instant meetings, and scheduled meetings. It does not include resource comment channels. In this context, chat sessions those that members of other tenants start.
Chat messagesThe sum of messages that members of your organization send in chat sessions. In this context chat sessions are: direct chats, track chat channels, chat channels, instant meetings, and scheduled meetings. It does not include resource comment channels. In this context, chat sessions include those that members of other tenants start.
MeetingsThe number of instant meetings and scheduled meetings that members of your organization set up. It does not include the number of meeting sessions held; for example, if participants reuse meetings. To see this information click: view meeting data.
Mixed

The content table displays the total number of each track resource that are shared on all of your organization’s tracks.

Viewing meeting details

As an administrator, you can inspect the meeting sessions that members of your organization have.

To view meeting records:

  1. Click Reporting
  2. Click view meetings data
  3. Select an appropriate time period
  4. Select a graph type, from the following:
    • Meetings or Participants
      Challo generates an interval bar-chart to show the number of meetings that your organization members start, or the total number of participants in those meetings, for each time interval across the entire time period you select.
      Challo chooses the duration of each time interval so that you can display the entire time period on your screen.
      For example: Challo may select an interval size of 1–day, 6–hours, or 1–hour depending on the length of the entire time period it has to display on your screen.



    • Browsers and Participant types
      Challo generates a pie-chat to show:
      • The number and types of browsers that meeting participants use,
      • The number of types of participants in meetings. For example: audio only, audio and video.
      • The number of types of meetings. For example: video only, or a mix of browser and PSTN participants.
    • Meeting list
      Generates table of meetings that occur, with their start and end times. If you click view, Challo displays comprehensive meeting details for the meeting, that include the participants and activity such as screen share or recordings.
