To manage track members, click the Members button on the track:
The Members panel lists all of a track's members and shows each participant's:
- Email Address
To add a new member:
- From the members panel
- Click Add Member
- Enter their email address
- Click Add
When you add members, they receive an email inviting them to the track. Individuals using CafeX need to sign up before they access your track. If necessary, the email prompts them to complete sign up before they continue.
Members of a track who are yet to sign up have (Waiting on Invitation) next to their name in the members list.
Member role permissions
After you add a member to a track, assign one of the following roles:

|Guest||A guest is not a member of a track. A guest is someone you invite to join in a live session. Guests only see the content of the live session. Guests cannot see any of the track content, membership or chats, unless another member shares their screen content during the live session.|
- The creator of a track becomes the owner by default.
- Only track owners delete the tracks they own.
- You can assign more than one owner to a track.

Removing yourself from a track
Unless you are the only owner on a track, to remove yourself from the track:
- Click Members
- Click Remove next to your list entry.
- Click Confirm
If you are the only track owner, you have to assign someone else as an alternative owner before you remove yourself from the track.
Adding members from another CafeX account
When you invite a member from outside of your CafeX account, your organization appears on their fast track menu. See: Viewing tracks from other organizations.
