First, ensure that the Safari plugin is installed on your machine:
- Start Safari.
- Click "Help" on the top bar.
- "Installed Plug-ins"
Scroll to the bottom of the page, there should be something like this if there is already a plug-in installed. (please note some versions have "CafeX" in the name).
- Click on "Finder"
- Click something like "documents" to display the path bar at the bottom. (If this does still not show: [Top Bar] View> Show Path Bar.)
- Double click on "Macintosh HD".
This will take you to this page, from here you want to click "Library> Internet Plug-ins" and "Move to Trash" the previously found plug-in in Safari (webRTC).
This should now enable you to download and install fresh plug-ins for Safari browser.
