Currently, certain values specifies for the "Image Quality Scale Factor" of Live Assist can render Consumer desktops on the Agent's Console as large Blocks:

CaféX are currently investigating this issue. The recommendation for customers experiencing this issue is to adjust the Image Quality Scale Factor so that it does not produce this issue; which can be found on the Live Assist General Administration:
