Live Assist agent console does not load correctly.


You've installed and configured Live Assist but when you try and load the agent console you get no local video and you sere the following error in the browser debug console:

POST 500 (Internal Server Error).


Live assist is un-configured on the CafeX web gateway: --> Live Assist --> General Administration.


Re-enter the configuration (minimum Registration Domain & Web Application ID) remember to click save.
